Refund Policy

The Safe Streets Project Foundation (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to education, advocacy, and public safety. We value the trust of our donors and supporters. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which donations or payments may be refunded.

Donations

  • All donations made to the Safe Streets Project Foundation are considered final and non-refundable.

  • In the event of an error in the donation amount or an unauthorized transaction, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction so that we can review and process a correction if appropriate.

Event Registrations or Purchases (if applicable)

  • If the Foundation hosts events or sells materials in the future, refund policies for those specific activities will be clearly stated at the point of purchase or registration.

Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment whenever possible.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
